  • Glasswater Carol Service 2025

Thu 18 Dec 2025 Mrs Gill

This afternoon the Glasswater family-pupils, staff, family members and friends-joined together to remind ourselves of why we celebrate Christmas. The pupils read beautifully, sang joyously and played the bells and recorders wonderfully well. Lissara Presbyterian Church was filled with music, smiles and full hearts!

Well done boys and girls on providing a Christmas treat for us all to enjoy!

  • Football Friendlies at Robert Adams

Thu 11 Dec 2025 Mrs Gill

Our football team enjoyed some friendly action against some local schools this morning. They did our wee school proud as they reached the final - passing, moving, scoring some great goals, defending strongly and pulling off incredible saves. The boys showed great skill, teamwork and resilience in each of their matches. What super ambassadors for Glasswater!

Thanks to Mr McFerran from Killyleagh Integrated Primary and Nursery School for organising the matches.

  • Glasswater does the Santa Daily Mile

Fri 05 Dec 2025 Mrs Gill

Our pupils and staff enjoyed going out in their festive attire to complete the Santa Daily Mile this week. Getting out in the fresh air for some exercise and having a chat to their friends is always enjoyable and when Christmas jumpers are added into the mix, we most definitely had a holly, jolly good time!
