It was great to have the coaches from Downpatrick Cricket Club take some of our Year 6 and 7 pupils for a cricket session this morning. The children had lots of fun learning how to bat and field.

This evening, our school hall was bursting with music and songs as our pupils showcased their musical talents onstage to an audience of family and friends....who couldn’t help but sing along and smile! The boys and girls were simply superb and we are so very proud of each one of them.

A huge thank you to Lindsey McConomy for preparing the choir and musicians, and to the PTA for providing delicious refreshments at the interval.

We are so grateful to Michael Egerton Tree Maintenance for the generous donation of wood chippings to enhance the outdoor spaces in our school grounds. Thank you so much! 

Today the Year 7s did a super job as they worked hard to move the wood chips to the Outdoor Play Area, Garden Area and Quiet Zone in the playground. It all looks fantastic!
