    To All Parents / Guardians

    Dear Parent / Guardian

    Uniform

The Board of Governors have reviewed the results of the recent uniform questionnaire and following a meeting yesterday, have decided upon the following uniform requirements for 2018/19:

    1. It is now optional for P1 and P2 children to wear either a white polo t.shirt (this can be with the school logo or not) or a white shirt and tie under the school jumper / cardigan every day. Please note that white shirts and ties should be worn for the annual school photograph and for any formal occasions as required.

    1. P1 and P2 children to leave in the classroom a pair of black tracksuit bottoms/leggings. These can be easily put on by the children for outside play.

    1. On a Tuesday and Wednesday (swimming and football days) it is now optional for children to wear either a white polo t.shirt (with school logo or not) or a white shirt and tie under the school jumper / cardigan. Hoodies are no longer to be worn on Tuesdays & Wednesdays and may only be worn as part of the PE uniform (see below).

    1. The Board of Governors wish to make compulsory the current PE uniform. This comprises of a white polo t.shirt (with school logo or not) and black bottoms/shorts/leggings/skort.

If parents wish their child to wear the current black hoody for PE this is permissible until another one is sourced by the Governors.

    Kind regards.

    Yours sincerely

    The Board of Governors
