Our dinner hall was bursting with festive cheer today as the pupils enjoyed a delicious Christmas dinner followed by the annual Glasswater Christmas conga line!
We are so proud of these superstars who ran in the second round of this year’s Flahavan Cross Country League this morning in Donard Park, Newcastle. Well done to you all! Thanks to Pamela and Rebecca for helping with transport to the event and for cheering the pupils on!

Thank you so much for all who so generously donated items for this year’s Harvest Appeal. On Friday our football team enjoyed a morning at Robert Adams Park having fun as they played against some local primary schools in the gorgeous sunshine. They were excellent ambassadors for our wee school as they passed and moved and scored goals, showing good sportsmanship along the way. Thanks to Seamus and his team from IFA for organising this event.
Today the Year 7s led a special Harvest assembly for us all at Glasswater, reminding us to be thankful for all that we have and to show kindness to others in need. Thanks to all who have so generously donated items for our Harvest Appeal this week. Anyone who still wishes to make a donation to our local food bank, please do so by Monday 11th October.
We Really Shine Awards are back!
Mr Milligan was delighted to present these superstars with a certificate in assembly this morning. Well done boys and girls!
